I'm a guy who's never quite satisfied unless I'm learning something new. "Personal Dissatisfaction" and "Professional Curiosity" are the traits that motive me to keep trying something new. As much as I like being comfortable with my job or my life, I understand that what generates personal growth is a feeling of being uncomfortable that drives us to a "comfort" state. That process is what I'm trying to achieve.
